A Typical Day

Stroke Production

Special Tennis Events After stretching and a warm up with the ball machine, we go through a progression of strokes starting with the volley, then ground strokes, serve, return of serves, overhead, and specialty shots, i.e. drop shots, half volleys, etc. We use the latest technology in video so you can see your stroke in freeze frame and slow motion and get a full expansion of what you are doing. We feel there is no better or quicker way to improve.

Strategy

A perfectly struck ball is a beautiful thing to watch, but understanding where to be on the court and where to hit the ball is of equal importance. So, during you time with us, we will be spending a fair amount of time on strategy and how to play and win in tennis.

(The morning session is from 9 AM until 12 PM and the afternoon session goes from 1 PM until 3 PM)
